The sky is wine coloured
Your presence everywhere
As I inhale your perfume
It grows on my gloom
Casting it aside
Brushing it away
Like gentle rain drops from the sky
Slithering down your face
Your breath heavy yet silent
So gentle, near, yet far
Hushed whispers in my ear
Like the sighs of wind at night
I breathe your smell in
Overwhelming my senses
Filling my mind with your thoughts
Drink of me through your eyes
Eternal and infinite they are
Like sunset at dawn
And first light at midnight
My every breath reeks of you
In Your presence they grow
Forevermore everyday
Feelings, thoughts, and sighs
Ah really an insignificant life I had
For You are larger than mine
And I let go of myself
Becoming one in your arms
Your presence everywhere
As I inhale your perfume
It grows on my gloom
Casting it aside
Brushing it away
Like gentle rain drops from the sky
Slithering down your face
Your breath heavy yet silent
So gentle, near, yet far
Hushed whispers in my ear
Like the sighs of wind at night
I breathe your smell in
Overwhelming my senses
Filling my mind with your thoughts
Drink of me through your eyes
Eternal and infinite they are
Like sunset at dawn
And first light at midnight
My every breath reeks of you
In Your presence they grow
Forevermore everyday
Feelings, thoughts, and sighs
Ah really an insignificant life I had
For You are larger than mine
And I let go of myself
Becoming one in your arms
